Welcome to EasyCTET. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EasyCTET mobile application and the easyctet.com website (together, "the Service"), operated by the EasyCTET proprietor in India. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
EasyCTET is an educational preparation tool for CTET Paper 1 (Primary Classes I–V) and Paper 2 (Upper Primary Classes VI–VIII), offering 1,800 practice questions, 60 test sets, bilingual study guides, and 53 studio audio masterclasses across all streams. EasyCTET is a study aid, not a guarantee — we do not guarantee any particular score or exam outcome.
The Service is intended for adult users preparing for the CTET examination, for personal, non-commercial study purposes.
All questions, study guides, explanations, and audio content are originally authored for EasyCTET and are not copied from official CBSE/CTET past papers or any third-party source. All content is the intellectual property of EasyCTET and may not be redistributed or reproduced without written permission.
You agree not to reverse-engineer or scrape the question bank for redistribution, abuse the referral program with automated tools, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is." While we take care to ensure content accuracy and alignment with the CTET syllabus (NCERT, NCF, NEP guidelines), we make no warranty that the Service is error-free or guarantees exam success. CTET is conducted by CBSE, and EasyCTET is an independent, unaffiliated preparation tool.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyCTET shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exam outcomes.
We may update these Terms or modify features of the Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court in India.
